Academic Year 111 Master’s Program Recommendation-Based Admission

Application Period: October 12 to October 25, ROC Year 110 (2021)

Eligibility Requirements

1. Current-year graduating students or graduates from domestic or overseas universities/colleges who have obtained a bachelor’s degree.

2. Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the “Standards for Recognition of Equivalent Educational Qualifications for University Admission.”

Admission Quota for Academic Year 111

 Graduate Institute of Information Management: 16 regular slots + 1 additional slot for new immigrants + 3 expanded AI slots

 Graduate Institute of Healthcare Management: 11 regular slots + 1 additional slot for new immigrants + 2 expanded AI slots

Selection Method

 1. Document Review: 50%

 2. Interview: 50%

 Tentative interview date: November 19, ROC Year 110 (Friday) (The exact date is subject to the official announcement/notification.)

Required Documents

 1. Three (3) letters of recommendation (recommenders must upload letters via the online system).

 2. Official transcripts for all academic years of the highest degree earned (including proof of class rank).

 3. Autobiography (or résumé/CV).

 4. Research proposal (including research motivation).

 5. Competition results/awards, proof of special achievements, and other supporting materials beneficial for review.

 Notes:

 1) Please be sure to include a résumé/CV.

 2) Current-year graduating students or graduates must provide proof that their overall average academic performance ranks within the top 50% (inclusive) of their class (not required for graduates of overseas institutions), and upload it together with the transcripts.

Newly admitted students must pass at least one of the following English proficiency tests and hold valid proof in order to graduate:

[1] TOEFL ITP: 527 or above; or TOEFL iBT: 65 or above.

[2] GEPT: High-Intermediate (First Stage) or Intermediate (Second Stage) or above.

[3] TOEIC: 650 or above.

[4] IELTS: Band 6.0 or above.

[5] FLPT (English): 195 or above (sum of three written test sections).

[6] BULATS: ALTE Level 3.

[7] Cambridge Main Suite: First Certificate in English (FCE).
