Dear Students:
Please note the following information for admitted applicants (regular admits and waitlisted applicants) to our department’s Master’s Program (Screening Admission):
- All admitted (regular) and waitlisted applicants who intend to register and enroll at our university—regardless of ranking—must complete the online “Intention to Register” process via the university Admissions System between 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 28, ROC Year 113 (2024) and 5:00 p.m. on Dec. 2, ROC Year 113 (2024). No separate notice will be sent. Applicants who fail to complete the confirmation within the deadline, or who indicate no intention to register, will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their admission. Admitted applicants may not raise objections on the grounds of not receiving notification, nor request late registration or modifications for any reason.
※ Registration path: “Admissions System” → “Master’s Program Screening” → “Other Services” → “Intention to Register for Admitted Applicants”
- At 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 5, ROC Year 113 (2024), the “List of Applicants Eligible to Register” and the “Waitlist” will be announced. The query path is: “Admissions System” → “Master’s Program Screening” → “Important Announcements” → “List of Applicants Eligible to Register” / “Waitlist”. Applicants must check the announcement online themselves; no separate notice will be sent.
- Applicants listed on the “List of Applicants Eligible to Register” (including regular admits and waitlisted applicants) must come to the department office (Room 219, 2F, College of Management) on either Dec. 12 (Thu) or Dec. 13 (Fri), ROC Year 113 (2024), during 9:00–12:00 or 13:00–16:30, to complete document verification and registration. Failure to complete verification/registration within the specified time will result in cancellation of admission.
- For applicants on the “Waitlist”, the department will notify waitlisted applicants in sequence by phone or e-mail when a spot becomes available.
- The following documents are required for registration:
◆ Original National ID Card
◆ Original score notification for the Master’s Program Screening Admission (optional; not required)
◆ For current-year graduating students: a copy of the student ID (front and back) and an affidavit. (The diploma must be submitted to the department office by July 15, ROC Year 114 (2025). Late submission will be treated as forfeiture.)
◆ For graduates: original diploma
